Together we will embark on a path of connection between nature, ones’ aura, and oneself. Using our exterior (skin) as a map, we will learn how to address your unique needs and how to support this through the use of simple, natural ingredients. This is a hands-on, interactive workshop that will provide you with tools to pursue self-care practices with confidence.

We will go in depth about the uses, benefits, and properties of a variety of natural ingredients, including: vegetable oils, exfoliants, roots/stems/leaves/flowers, butters, and essential oils. With your newfound knowledge + my assistance, you will craft your own scrub using exfoliating ingredients and you will make your own facial serum using oils and plant parts. 

Throughout this time together, we will sip beverages foraged locally (yes, one will be alcoholic), indulge in nourishing snacks, and smoke some flowers. All things natural. All things nourishing. All things sexy.
